Delta Precision Engineering North East Ltd was acquired in September 2022 having been in the ownership of two families for the past 30 years.

The previous owners were looking to retire and threesixty offered them an option to buy out the share capital quickly having had various other options fall away in the previous months.

Threesixty made immediate plans to invest in both the staff and the plant & equipment – plans that will ensure that the legacy of the previous owners will live on.

The business, based near Peterlee, operates as a precision engineering company operating across a wide range of industries including automotive and aerospace.

Similar in nature to our other investment, Pen Cutting Tools Ltd, the two companies have combined to provide a compelling offering to its customer base.
